Expanding storage

Is your package almost full? Then you can expand the storage space yourself. The extra space is active immediately. You'll see exactly what it costs beforehand.

How to expand your storage

1. Open the product page of your package via My Products.
2. In the left card, under Usage, click Expand storage.
3. On the left you'll see your current usage (1). On the right you choose the new size (2). For each size you'll see what the extra cost is per period and what you need to pay now for the rest of your current period.
4. Click Continue (3).

5. You'll now see a summary (1): how much space you currently have, what it will become, the additional charge for the remaining days, and the extra amount from your next renewal.
6. Is everything correct? Then click Yes, expand to the chosen size (2). If you'd rather choose something else, click Choose another size.

We put the additional charge on your next invoice; there is nothing to pay now. From the next renewal the extra space is included in the price of your package. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

Good to know

• You can only choose more space. You can't choose a size smaller than what you currently use.
• Do you already have the largest storage available for your package? Then choose a bigger package, see Changing your package (upgrade or downgrade).
• Did you receive an email saying your package is almost full? That email contains a button that lets you expand without logging in.
